Who we are

This website is operated by M. G. 4 Tech LTD (registration no. ΗΕ 499780), referred to here as “MG4Tech”, “we” or “us”. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry

The contact form asks for your name, email address, optionally your company, and details about your project, budget range and timeline. We use this only to read and respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to prepare for that work.

When you browse

Like most websites, the servers that host this site process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

To prevent spam, the contact form may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data from your browser to tell people from automated traffic. Limited request data (such as your IP address) is also held briefly in memory to limit repeated submissions.

Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and take steps you request before entering into a contract.
  • To operate, secure and protect this website and the form against abuse, which is in our legitimate interest.
  • To comply with legal obligations that apply to us.

Who receives it

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run this website and receive enquiries, such as our hosting provider, our email delivery provider and, where enabled, Cloudflare for spam protection. They process it on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on any resulting discussion, and then delete them unless we need to keep them for legal reasons.

Your rights

Under data protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact form and say what you are asking for. We will respond within the time required by law.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this notice and the date at the top of this page.
